Iván Ballesteros has been linked to the golf world business for over 25 years. In 2000 he turned professional golf player and got his coaching licence. Currently a member of the Spanish PGA he offers online golf lessons through an online platform called golflearningcentre.com

​Involved in the Ballesteros group of companies since 1996.​ In 2004 he became personal assistant and manager of the legendary golf player Seve Ballesteros, from whom Ivan learnt the game of golf. ​He worked in Amen Corner since 1997 (Promoter of over 84 European Tour events) and became CEO in 2003 up until January 2013. Iván was also involved in different projects with Trajectory from 2003 to 2010 (golf course designs). First Executive Vice-president and one of the founder Patrons of the Seve Ballesteros Foundation. Ivan was responsible of setting up, presenting and designing the strategy of the SB Foundation in 2009 till he left in February 2013.

From 2013 till 2021, Ivan worked for EG(A)L, a sport management agency in Hong Kong, specialised on event management, sponsorship, services for professional sportsmen and women, and integrated sport marketing programmes.

During his time in Hong Kong, Ivan Ballesteros was a Member of the Board of Directors of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong during two years (2016 & 2017). 

Ivan's educational background includes studies at the University of Wolverhampton in Business Administration. In 2019 he finished a Power MBA programme specialised in online businesses. Presently he is completing in Madrid a course on advising family businesses and advisory boards. 

Currently, apart from designing and developing the putter G1, Iván is a director of the Ronaldo Football Academy in Hong Kong and is involved in several businesses outside sport as adviser in the UK as well as in Spain.
